Common questions
My purchase did not restore.
Open CleanRoll, go to Settings → Restore Purchase, and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Does CleanRoll upload my photos?
No. Photos and videos are processed entirely on-device. CleanRoll never uploads your library to external servers.
Why does CleanRoll need photo access?
Photo access is required so you can review and manage your library directly on your device. CleanRoll uses Apple's PhotoKit framework — nothing leaves your phone.
